Your online program begins with me getting to know you! 

Firstly, you complete a comprehensive questionnaire to provide me with detailed information about your goals, your current level of fitness and any injuries or medical conditions. I also ask how many times per week you are willing to train and any foods you like and dislike. I ask you to send me three photos, one side, front and back. These photos inform me about your physical structure and are also a great way to measure progress. It is all about being open and honest, there are no right and wrong answers to the questionnaire.

Meal and supplement plan $250

For those who need a nutrition plan with a difference, you will receive a meal plan to maximise your vitamin intake and to suit your goals. This is a program you can follow for life and includes food quantities and timing of intake.This package is a once off program, including a meal plan and supplement plan with no updates.

Exercise plan including cardio and weights $250

For the client who needs some structure to their exercise program, you will approach every workout with a goal and a purpose. The program includes cardio, weights, core stability and stretching. This package is a once off program including cardio and weights with no updates.

Terms and conditions of all training packages: Packages to be paid for via EFT and funds cleared prior to commencement. No time extensions under any circumstances.
