I would like to share a photo of my friend Rikki and I training. This picture was taken late last year. We both love pilates as part of our training. Pilates works the deep layers of the abdominals and is key to balance, technique and focus when weight training or doing any form of exercise. If you have never tried pilates I highly recommend it.
